Project Management Training

Warehouse expansion? Re-racking? Leading the charge with a new voice-activated picking system? Whether you are doing the work in-house or will be working with or directing a contractor, it is ESSENTIAL that your team has the capability to coach and manage the team toward a successful project. Research indicates that 52% of all projects are completed at 189% of their initial project budget and many projects, even after significant time and financial investment are not completed at all.

Industrial Athlete University can train your leadership and management team to prevent this from happening.

IAU offers a three-day, on-site project management training program that will provide anyone new to project management a sound foundation to effectively manage the cost, schedule and technical elements of a project, and will provide anyone who already has a background in project management skill reinforcement to recognize and eliminate any bad habits and bolster the good.

This training program includes:

  • Developing sound solutions
