Whether it’s building a pallet or grasping a voice-activated picking system, every trainer comes across challenging cases where new-hires don’t seem to grasp the repetitive tasks, routines and skills they need to know to reach standard. This 60-minute webinar will provides tips, tactics and advice through an online presentation that you can use to help trainees who are lagging behind to GET IT and perform closer to performance expectations and their own capabilities. The webinar will be followed by a Q&A session where you can pose and share your questions with the IAU team and other certified GOT IT! trainers.
